Prior to entering the practice of law, Mr. Roelofs worked as an engineering intern and as a project engineer for a global air conditioning company.  His experience includes the design and testing of refrigeration and control systems for commercial air handling units of all sizes, as well as experience in the design of large commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
